This hotel is absolutely perfect. It has everything you need, full kitchen and an amazing restaurant downstairs. Like first class all the way. Absolutely would stay here again highly recommend.

Great quality apartment, fabuously comfy bed. Spacious and well appointed. Very friendly reception staff. Wellness suite such a bonus - sauna, steam room and foot bath. Local shops and buses 5 minutes walk away. Nice quiet area, easy to get in to Amsterdam by no 22 or 48 bus, or cycle. Would definitely book again.

New Amsterdam Favorite

We travel to Amsterdam often and have stayed in countless hotels. Finally, we’ve found the spot we will stay at from now on. Amazing location, beautiful view, quiet area and easy to get anywhere in the city. Clean, every amenity you could need, and incredible staff. We can’t wait to be back!

The hotel is literally in a new neighborhood (they're literally building new land around it) and was so nice. Beautiful views, close to transit lines, and welcoming staff. The on-site restaurant/cafe has upscale food that never disappointed.

Beautiful and Well Designed.

We absolutely loved staying at the July. Very beautiful space and location, nicely designed, mellow, and fun. The staff was happy to help and the morning beverages hit the spot. The food and drink menu didn't quite hit for me, and the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better, but they let us check in early so it evened out. We'd stay again and recommend to friends.

I loved the decor & quiet location this property is in. Small kitchen with ample amenities allowed us to not have to eat out every meal and we very much enjoyed that. Restaurant and staff were very kind, the atmosphere there was also lovely. While this property wasn’t in a “walkable” location, we loved the atmosphere, view and ambiance it provided. Ubers and Bikes can get you to the hustle and bustle.

July- Boot & Co

Wonderful hotel with restaurant and bar. Staff was very helpful and the view of was great. A short Uber trip to train, bus stations, or airport. Weather was sunny, but too cool to enjoy the patio on the water in the photo. A bit far from central Amsterdam, but a great location to have as a home base.
