The stay was convenient for my needs and only one night as a single traveler. I found the room compact, bed comfortable and a good hot shower, convenient for the city centre. Staff all helpful, welcoming and friendly. Definitely no sound proof rooms, so I would not recommended for light sleepers.

Location was good. Staff was courteous. Rooms were a bit dingy, not dirty just dingy. Shower pressure was great but there was no shower base to keep the water in. The bathroom floor was constantly soaked. We had to use our towels to dry the floor after every shower. Very small room with zero insulation in the walls. I'll say no more!

Ridiculous small room with very low ceiling, very thin walls. No coffee maker in the room. The toilet seat was too small, inappropriate for the size of the toilet, one of the light of the bathroom mirror was out and the mirror was bad on the sides. The TV was very small even for our tiny room. On the plus side, the location is excellent, staff was useful and the breakfast was good. This is a 4 star hotel that we felt that two stars would be appropriate, three would be a stretch, definitely not a 4 star.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. The biggest reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the rooms are pretty small and the parking is not ideal. You have to go outside (no matter the weather) and walk past the police station and around the corner to get to the parking garage. When we were there the elevator in the garage was out of order, so we were carrying our luggage up & down a couple flights of stairs. (I realize this should be a temporary condition.)
