The night manager Mido G was extremely helpful in answering our questions and helping us with the exciting activities to be a part of. Also Anh both were extremely accommodating to our question. Advising us towards exciting an enjoyable 5 night stay in Amsterdam. The included breakfast was a bonus. Location was very convenient. Close to the Canal district but not too close as that area can be a bit busy and loud. A few minute walk to Amsterdam Central the hub of transportation. Would definitely recommend the hotel and staff.

The first room we were given looked out onto another room in a metal container so we asked about changing & was given a twin bedded room on the top floor which had a view of some of the canel and other views. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of things with the train station being only a twenty minute walk, it is clean & housekeepers clean daily, the continental breakfast is included in the price & is very good with a good choice & they are quick to replenish items if they are low. Overall happy with the hotel at a decent price.
