I’ve stayed here a couple times over the last few months and the most recent stay was significantly better than the previous stay based primarily on room size and cleanliness. The most basic room is the size of shoebox and was absolutely filthy. Most recent stay, I got a bigger room and it was very comfortable and would stay there again at the given price point. Solid location in the scheme of things. Nothing spectacular but gets the job done for a couple nights.

The staff was very welcoming and check-in was easy. The room was tiny not suitable for two guests but fine for a solo stay. The only issue I had was there wasn’t any hot water the first day I arrived until the next morning. Also, the TV didn’t work, it said the coral was lost. It’s in a good and easy area to get around.

Place was ok. Walking distance ftom about 45 min from central station and 30 from Anna frank's house. Bus station and subway near by if u want to take it. Curly hair lady (forgot her name) is exelent... make my trip easier and was so helpfull. Red short hair lady ( dont know the name) rolled the eye to my 9 years old daugther when she went twice asking for coffe and cream pouches, because we didnt have nothing available in the room and was a free service that the hotel offers in the room. In other hands the faucet of my batroom was falling everytime I was using it. For the price I think we should have had a better experience. Thanks

The hotel itself has most of the amenities that you would need and the rooms were very modern but the whole place was just so dirty. Our room 2080 was at first glance clean but the floor was covered in dust, dirt and hair. The window doesn’t open so there’s no air flow as the air-con doesn’t work. For the price of the hotel and the room it was good and it did everything you needed it to, comfortable bed, free shower products, fridge (which I had to unpack and plug in myself as it was left in the room with the packaging on). The hallways had carpet that needed a good hoover and the floor needed to be mopped. Everything was just dirty, when I go into a hotel I like to not be reminded of all the people who have been there and slept there before me and at this hotel there were reminders everywhere. The people there were very lovely and kind but I just think they need a whole new cleaning team or to remind them what to do because it was bad. If it wasn’t so dirty I would give it five stars. The location is good just 15 mins on the bus to anywhere in Amsterdam, if you want a cheap stay and not bothered about dust and lack of air flow I would recommend it.

The property was clean. The room was a decent size. We had an issue with our shower, however once we advised the hotel staff they fixed it within the hour. There was breakfast option at the hotel. Lots of transportation options as well as things to check out close by. The TV in the room was slow to respond, but all the things that mattered were good.

The hotel seems to have been a more upscale hotel in the past so some fixtures show this but it is noticeable that it is not the same currently. My room did not have a window, i did not know this before arriving. But I was not going to be there for long. The staff was helpful, we had a small fridge and a safe in the room, the bathroom was ample and there is transportation nearby. The best part is the location; it is very close to everything in Amsterdam.
