The room was Ok, but the bed was arrange strangely: I chose double bed, it was but there were 2 separate matrices (for divorce couple?). The bathroom was however beautiful and clean; we loved it.

I’ve stayed here a couple times over the last few months and the most recent stay was significantly better than the previous stay based primarily on room size and cleanliness. The most basic room is the size of shoebox and was absolutely filthy. Most recent stay, I got a bigger room and it was very comfortable and would stay there again at the given price point. Solid location in the scheme of things. Nothing spectacular but gets the job done for a couple nights.

The staff was very welcoming and check-in was easy. The room was tiny not suitable for two guests but fine for a solo stay. The only issue I had was there wasn’t any hot water the first day I arrived until the next morning. Also, the TV didn’t work, it said the coral was lost. It’s in a good and easy area to get around.

Clean large room. Has safe and mini fridge. Nice shower. Coffee and tea. Close to public transport. Area has lots of good food options and supermarkets. I didn’t choose breakfast at the hotel but it looked good. Bathroom lighting was a bit dim for my needs.

Place was ok. Walking distance ftom about 45 min from central station and 30 from Anna frank's house. Bus station and subway near by if u want to take it. Curly hair lady (forgot her name) is exelent... make my trip easier and was so helpfull. Red short hair lady ( dont know the name) rolled the eye to my 9 years old daugther when she went twice asking for coffe and cream pouches, because we didnt have nothing available in the room and was a free service that the hotel offers in the room. In other hands the faucet of my batroom was falling everytime I was using it. For the price I think we should have had a better experience. Thanks

The hotel itself has most of the amenities that you would need and the rooms were very modern but the whole place was just so dirty. Our room 2080 was at first glance clean but the floor was covered in dust, dirt and hair. The window doesn’t open so there’s no air flow as the air-con doesn’t work. For the price of the hotel and the room it was good and it did everything you needed it to, comfortable bed, free shower products, fridge (which I had to unpack and plug in myself as it was left in the room with the packaging on). The hallways had carpet that needed a good hoover and the floor needed to be mopped. Everything was just dirty, when I go into a hotel I like to not be reminded of all the people who have been there and slept there before me and at this hotel there were reminders everywhere. The people there were very lovely and kind but I just think they need a whole new cleaning team or to remind them what to do because it was bad. If it wasn’t so dirty I would give it five stars. The location is good just 15 mins on the bus to anywhere in Amsterdam, if you want a cheap stay and not bothered about dust and lack of air flow I would recommend it.

It was a very dirty place. They didn't change the bed sheets or the towels everyday. They would just flip them over. There was hair and marks on the sheets, The building needs maintenance as well. Would not recommend. Definitely don't stay there
