Stayed here for a 1 night stay. It was close to the airport and they offered a shuttle to the airport which was very convenient as we had to leave for the airport at 5am. They also had a restaurant that had decent offerings for dinner.

Lima was professional & efficient. This front desk officer was kind & welcoming after having a rough day traveling. My check out was not as nice as my check in with a different officer. When no one was at front desk I could hear persons talking inside I trued to get their attention and the response of a female was disrespectful & unkind. Please be kind to your guests we are traveling and have crazy journeys. We could have stay in different hotel but we chose yours…I checked in July 2 & checked out July 3.

Another Europe adventure

Good convenient location, hotel is connected to a shopping mall, lots of places to eat, but the hours aren't the best. Easy walking into the center, but a good hike. Rental bicycles are available as this city is very bike friendly. Check-in was easy and fast, parking is available in underground garage shared with shopping mall, get ticket validated or pay a hefty price. Rooms are nice, I mean this is a Marriot. Only concern was shower water flows out to bathroom floor and slight mold build up at this drain point. Room has everything for an extended stay.

My stay in The Element was a wonderful experience. The reception staff were pleasant, helpful & sincere while the morning cafe staff (Pansy & her colleagues) were accommodative, friendly and generous. I love the room coz it’s spacious & comfy & especially the kitchenette corner has all I needed. I’ll definitely return to stay again in my next visit to Amsterdam.

Wonderful place to stay .

Element is amazing. The mall beside it has supermaket that closes till 10. You have food and restaurant options. We went in the weekend so it was quiet around the neighborhood. 😇

The hotel is located inside a shopping mall with a lot of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Although it is bit away from city centre but is convenient to go anywhere by public transport or 10-15 minutes ride by Uber to city center. The room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful especially Ms Pansy Chan, the server of the breakfast restaurant, who had provided a lot of travel information about Amsterdam to us. She definitely enlightened up our stay in the city. Will stay again for our next trip to Amsterdam.

駅からは遠いです。 静かな環境、スーパー併設、キッチン付きですので、自炊する方、長期滞在の方にはとても良いと思います。 朝食メニューは毎日ほぼ同じでしたが、たくさん食べることができて、旅の間の食費を節約できました。 洗濯機の使い方がわからなくて困りましたが、スタッフの方が優しく教えてくれました。 お部屋も綺麗で、快適でした。
