Our stay was amazing! The staff were brilliant and very welcoming. We arrived early and our room was ready so we got to check into our lovely room a few hours early. The hotel is very central, near Dam Square and the Anne Frank, and it was easy to walk everywhere we needed to. There is a tram stop outside if you want to go further out and there is a shop close by.

The hotel was fine. It's in a good location, convenient to get around. But very expensive for what you get. Staff in the hotel were lovely, however we chose to have breakfast once and felt like we were inconveniencing the staff (arrived and hour before it closed, but very quiet) and it was exceptionally expensive for very basic selection in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in.

Danny and Karim on Reception were outstanding, super friendly and so helpful. Hotel has real character and is ideally placed to explore Amsterdam. Room was not particularly large but was ideal for our needs and is what we looked for when we booked. Excellent bathroom and facilities/'Rituals' toiletries - super! The newly opened restaurant - food was excellent, staff could be more friendly/personable.
