Room was clean. Nice view esp in the corner of 3rd fl; close to train station abt 5mins walk. Downside is no elevators and stairs are very steep; not ideal for families with small children or travellers with plenty/large luggages; no amenities too.

Melanie , the hotel manager was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable, the hotel itself was the most basic , no elevator and if you have hard time climbing stairs look elsewhere. The hotel is walking distance from the central station and canal cruise and it is also 5-10 walk to Dam square and red light district , overhaul if you are looking for most basic hotel in central Amsterdam, it is fine , if you are hoping for North America hotel standards , you need to look elsewhere

The room is small but clean and comfortable. The staff is great and helpful. WiFi didn’t work for 3days which was a problem since my husband had to work. We had to pay extra to get internet from our career. The hotel didn’t have a solution. If you kind street noise it will not be the place for you. But the convenience of the location is amazing- close to the station and right in the center of town!

Good location for arriving/departing from Central station. Clean comfortable room. Shared toilet lock was broken so privacy compromised. No manned reception to sort it out. Shower in the morning was hot, good, but no power. Not sure I’d recommend it to others

This may be a typical property in this price range close to the train station but anyone that is traveling here real needs to realize that the steps are very treacherous. The other fault in the amenities is they do not give you a bath mat in a very slippery bathroom despite the that fact that they replace your towels every day. It's such a small place that they really should have some more hooks for things to hang them upon. All that being said who is decently clean in an excellent location with very easy check-in and check out and very safe accommodations. Shower was very nice, the linens were very clean comma and there was great security with the check-in at the door and at your individual room door. I would highly recommend it for budget travelers looking for very clean and safe accommodations with the caveats that I have listed.

Room was basic as expexted, floors werent overly clean, bedding on arrival was dirty. Private Shower was better than expected and gets VERY hot!! Like 3rd degree burning hot. Location was amazing being so close to the station and easily walkable to all tourist attractions and things you want to do. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a cheap basic hotel room for their time in Amsterdam.
