Great place

We stayed in a double room and it was all we needed the shower was great and the reception ladies were amazing thank you ladies. Nice view from the balcony. And close to Dam square.

They have bed bugs!! The 2nd floor smelled like sewer, there were no towels in our room on the first day, we had to ask for them. There was hardly any shower pressure. You have to walk two flights to check in at the hotel next door then walk down the street to walk up more steps to the actual hotel.

It is basically a crack den. Only nice thing is the staff and location. Rooms are unclean, blood stained sheets, mould on bathroom floor. It waa pretty dire, felt really unsafe.

Stayed here for Kings Day, really great location and comfortable for what was needed. Did request single beds but didnt get them.

Nice stay

The location is good and central. The staff were nice. The room was quiet. The hotel is a little worn down, but the price is good. I'd recommend it.

This hotel had no elevator and the stairs were very narrow and many. It was very challenging with luggage. The reception clerk told us that we had to make sure that the bathroom door was closed when we took a shower or the fire alarm will go off. My husband used the bathroom and took a shower and the interior light (motion activated) turned off 3 times while he was in there. At least they had a coffee machine but the room was very basic and cheap looking more like a youth hostel than a hotel. The front doors to the rooms are spring loaded and our neighbour left the room maybe once an hour, letting the door slam shut which was very noisy and disturbing. The hotel was close to the areas that we wanted to visit which was a plus, but the room looked nothing like the one advertised. Not at all impressed with this hotel. Very disappointed.

Stayed for kingsday, location was great close to everything we needed. Stairs with no elevator, which we knew, but very steep stairs. Not for old people or heavy bags. dusty in the room and also noticed some bugs. I hope it wasnt bed bugs. need some renovatons and rough cleaning. the standard wasnt great very basic hotel. U have to check in down the street which was fine but also alot of stairs to the reception. Luckily one of us could stay down on the street so we didnt have to carry them up twice.

Massive stairs to reception and reception quite dated but could not fault the room clean had balcony cleaned every day with fresh flowers , could smoke on balcony not for everyone but was great for us . I wouldn’t book it it again. Here is why… - It is not cheap, compare to what it is - Very small room and bathroom. - Some of the sheets had stains. - Beds were sunk down. - The bathroom light doesn’t turn off, so it is on all the time. - The bedroom had an interesting smell - The wall are super thin. The person next to us had at least 3-4 hour call in the middle of night and you can hear everything. Luckily he checked out on the next day.
