We stayed for a Long weekend Thursday to Monday and the Hotel was fantastic. Easy reach to Amsterdam Centre via the public transport links getting you into Amsterdam in 20 mins. Easy and convenient for the Airport. Can recommend for couples who want a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and Bussell of the city but staying within easy reach of the City. Rooms warm, Clean and Very Quiet to say its next to Shiphol Airport. CAn Recommend.

Everything was really great and in fact the best budget hotel in the entire area of Amsterdam . Plus points: - Safe Box - mini fridge - Coffee Machine - Clean to the point and soft sheets and pillows - Great Service - Great Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner Menu - Great Staff Some Minus points: - No toothpaste - No Seperate Air Conditioning All the rest were great and i enjoyed my stay. Peacefull outside Amsterdam's staying.

My room was large enough,with large tv screen,my twin bed was comfortable enough and shower handly.Basic amenities. Dark inside. Downstairs,reception is part of lounge's hall entrance with terrace where to read or savour some snacky. Restrictive shopping all around.

I booked this hotel for a week, got bitten by bed bugs, spoke to staff and they apologised and said they would change our room and upgrade with no additional charge. Later they said there is no upgraded room available, and that we can get unlimited drinks the same day and breakfast the next day with no charge. The room got changed only to get bitten by more bed bugs. We got no free drinks, and when we went for breakfast the next day they were questioning on who said so. Location is far away from central so if you are happy to travel an hour and a half by bus then it’s fine. Just keep in mind that the last bus is 20:30, if you don’t make that bus then you would have to walk it for 30 minutes .

The hotel offers ONE room card per room. My husband is a smoker so we asked for an additional card....this was not available and extremely inconvienent as the room key is required to use the lights etc. No service at the bar! We left and went across the street....had drinks and dinner. My sister's room smelt like mould. They changed her room to a kind size bed to resolve this however the nexr morning the Assistant manager was rude anÿ. Based on my experince i would not stay at this hotel again

More like a Motel

We’re not picky and have travelled a lot, and while the hotel is cheap, the overall experience was disappointing. We were met by a rude female receptionist, and service was poor unless you were buying something at the bar. When asking for help (e.g. transport), we were told “Ask tomorrow.” The attitude felt like: “Help yourself – I don’t care.” The only bright spot was the elderly man on night duty – kind, calm, empathetic and truly service-minded. The room was small and poorly maintained: furniture was scratched, the bed glued at the seams, and it smelled strongly – also in the hallway. It was dirty at check-in, so we cleaned ourselves. The sink was placed outside the bathroom, which felt unhygienic. Poor lighting and a broken hairdryer added to the discomfort. Location-wise, there’s no public transport after 21:00, it takes an hour to reach the city centre (30 minutes highway by car), and the area is mostly industrial with planes flying directly overhead. Positives: cheap bar and nice colours in the interior design. The hôtel building is very fine as well. If you go there, you should think of it as a Motel - it is good to spend one night there if you’re traveling through Amsterdam, but not for many days, because of the location.

Be aware of the mosquitoes!

The staff and everyone who works there are kind and welcoming, but the hotel is not good. It is situated on like a "pond" and there is A LOT of mosquitoes. I was there for 5 days and I came home with more than 50-60 bites on my arms and legs. They were getting through the window, cracks around the window and also through the AC - especially during the night. I also saw mold in the ceiling in the bathroom - so the hotel is in need of some re-modeling.
