The only think i didnt like was that guests smoke Next to my Window and i can smell the cigarettes and hear their conversation, perhaps at 1:30 am. But i guess is more the guests than the Hotel Itself. The Personal from Hotel was very Kind and warm.

Since my last stay at this property a couple of years ago, I have to say, what a difference! My last experience wasn't that good but this time it was excellent! The hotel and room were super clean and the staff were very friendly, major improvement!

Location is close to a bus station, however it's personally not at a beautiful location. Hotel looks a bit old, but got a charm to it. Rooms are clean and quiet. AC works fine. Staff is courteous

Leider bettwanzen im Zimmer gehabt, nahe an Supermärkten Albert Heijn und Jumbo, personal freundlich, klimaanlage war teilweise sehr laut so dass schlafen schwierig war, Gänge riechen sehr nach Zigarettenrauch, waschbeken nicht zu gebrauchen um das Gesicht zu waschen

Never stay at Bastion Hotel

At our check out day, the Hotel has double charged us (230EUR). So we pay for our stay 2 times. After long conversations with the staff in the hotel, It took almost 1 week to get the payment back in our bank account and therefore we had limited money to continue our vacation.  Even though we planned to check out at 9:30 AM, we ended up leaving the hotel at 11:30 AM. In the meantime, we also got a parking fine because the parking ticket was exceeded by 10 minutes. Although the hotel has taken responsibility for their mistakes by email and wanted to provide proof for the parking company, they have not responded to our inquiries. We want to get in touch with a senior manager, but no one sends us further in the organization. The inquiries are not answered. I would not recommend Bastion Hotel Noord to any guests. The rooms are dirty, no elevator and not baby friendly hotel. The staff is not friendly and does not show understanding of the guests' needs. The food in the hotel is overpriced. We will never stay at Bastion Hotel again.

Bon hôtel pratique

Près du Norden Park, cet hôtel est plutôt bien placé (à 1/4 h à pied du métro), en particulier lorsque l’on est en voiture (parking payant dans la rue). Bon service avec chambre faite chaque jour (ce qui devient rare). Quelques oublis toutefois par les femmes de ménage (serviettes propres oubliés à 2 reprises sur un séjour de 4 jours). En conclusion, bon rapport qualité prix néanmoins.

Overordnet set var vi tilfredse. Dog var det ene af vores værelser ikke gjort rent - der stod en tom colaflaske, en halv dåseøl og gulvet var beskidt da vi tjekkede ind sent om aftenen. Der blev straks sendt rengøring op da vi gjorde opmærksom på det næste morgen. Køkkenet var ikke åbent den første aften vi ville spise der - kokken var vist ikke mødt op. Personalet var rigtig søde og hjælpsomme og morgenmaden var fin.

Hôtel correct. Cadre sympathique car très calme. À revoir la taille des draps pour la literie ( les draps étaient trop petit ) Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher ( +18€). Quand on est en famille, ça chiffre vite! Wifi ok On était en voiture et tout était à proximité cool.

De informerade oss om att AC var trasig när vi anlände. Det var riktigt varmt den dagen och vi hade en dålig natt. De kompenserade de två övriga nätterna med större rum med fungerande AC samt bjöd på frukost första dagen. Frukosten var dock inte den bästa. Hotellet låg nära till polishuset och busshållplats. Det är sen endast två busshållplatser till metron "Nord" därifrån var det en station till Amsterdam central.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, the service was absolutely exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Ricardo, Jayline, Vobina, and Rene were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. Each of them brought a warm, welcoming energy that made me feel right at home. A special mention goes to Rene, who truly stood out. He was not only efficient and knowledgeable, but his kindness and genuine care made a lasting impression. He took the time to ensure everything was perfect during my stay, and you could tell he takes great pride in his work. It's rare to come across someone who balances professionalism with such a personal touch, Rene absolutely nailed it. Check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant, and even the manager made the experience more delightful by warmly greeting me with a smile and engaging conversation. It set the tone from the very beginning, and the great service continued consistently throughout my stay. I honestly can’t wait to return. This team made my trip something special, thank you all for the amazing hospitality!

Bis auf das Badezimmer, war alles sauber. Nachdem wir es gemeldet haben, wurde es gereinigt. Das Personal ist sehr Nett und man ist schnell beim Bahnhof Noord und somit in der Stadt. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht.

Das hotel war im grosen und ganzen ok. Unter dem Bett war es ganz schön dreckig und unsere Betten und tühle hatten starke Gebrauchsspuren. Mit den angestellten hatten wir nicht viel zu tun. An unserem letzten tag sind wir frühstücken gegangen. Das Frühstück können wir nicht empfehlen. Um 9:30 wurde nichts mehr nachgelegt. Es waren nur noch 3 brötchen da. Die wurst und der käse waren schon angekrustet. Das rüheei war im warhalter angebrannt. Die service Mitarbeiter sagten es wurde nichts neues geben, da das frühstück bald vobei ist... es ging bis 11. Einer der Mitarbeiter hat sich dann noch ein brötchen genommen. Auserdem war das besteck dreckig. Als ich nach einem sauberen löffel fragte wurde ich von kollege zu Kollege geschickt. Dann sagte eine service Mitarbeiterin zu mir das ich den löffel trotzdem benutzen kann. Ich habe darum gebeten einen sauberen zu bekommen. Sie hat ihn dann abgespühlt und danach auf meinen tisch geworfen, schnautzte mich an und teilte mir mit dass es sich dabei wohl "nur um seife" gehandelt hat. Nachdem ich sie bat freundlicher mit mir umzugehen, ging sie zu ihrem Kollegen und beschwerte sich bei diesem über mich. Das fand ich sehr unhöflich und das hat im service nichts zu suchen. Ich würde mir bei meinem nachsten besuch in amsterdam ein anderes hotel suchen.
