All normal hotel services available. Good breakfast. The room was for two people but there was only 1 towel in the room. We called the reception to ask for another towel but it was never brought.

Good hotel near ArenA

We stayed in several different locations in Amsterdam. This was the roomiest with the best A/C. The staff was very friendly. It was a little run down. Quick/cheap uber to/from the ArenA. Overall a good stay!

Good Hotel ,just a bit of a trek to the Trian station. distance as the crow fly's is 5 mins but actually is a good 15- 20 mins walk.

Really and very awful bad experience with staff. I was denied entry and told no booking reservation and itinerary had existed. I was told there are no record of information even after i proved it to staff on my email and hotel.com app. They said they couldnt find and then told me to leave the property. I felt they were racist and kept telling me i must pay in order to stay eben when i have a booking. I think staff were trying to fleece me. They also said i missed checking in time which was a lie.

We stayed here to attend ADE events in Amsterdam. Normal size rooms, quite safe, nice and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There are no shops (grocery) around which is walkable. The weather was not very good at that time we were there so did not really explore much. Station is just around the corner, which helps.

Fijn geholpen door al het personeel. Vriendelachter de receptie, in het restaurant en bij het ontbijt. Goed ontbijt en lekker avond eten. Niet erg goed kunnen slapen doordat de verwarming aan stond en aan bleef. Airco sloeg na enige tijd af. Goede ligging vlakbij snelweg.
