Nice choice for breakfast with hot and cold foods. Lovely wholemeal bread! Most of staff members helpful and friendly. Stuffy damp smell in the corridors but room clean bar some mould high in the grout of bathroom. Quite a hike from metro with luggage. Not the nicest neighbourhood, lots of dumped rubbish, but quick metro links to various places in the city.

A group of friends weekend at Amsterdam and it was Awesome. Clean hotel and staff were great even with breakfast too. Shoutout to the Indian waitress at the breakfast lounge who made me great omelette every morning. Thanks to her. She was fantastic and kind.

Where to begin, hotel stay paid for by employer, upon arrival I found the property to be neglected trash all around, the walking path was broken and uneven making rolling my suitcase difficult, entrance was camped by smokers - cigarettes and wake tobaky, at the check in I was asked to pay tax - my employer had paid in advance but apparently tax was to be collected upon arrival, I did - was given a ground floor room overlooking an abandoned parking lot, twin beds each was exactly 94 centimeters wide - mattress was block of foam over a box spring extremely uncomfortable, toilet bathroom tiny - to sit on the throne you had to fold shower screen glass into the shower space which was also 9o cm wide ... Amenity in room closet small but good, tv was nice size, desk old damaged but useable coffee machine only good thing really an espresso machine with plenty supplies from front desk. Overall it was survivable but never to be repeated. Now the kicker as I check out they demanded the tax be paid again - I of course refused stated I paid at check in time they said cannot find I demanded to see the check in person at that point they said no worries we will talk to head office. Rather unpleasant ... Avoid this place.

would stay again

Comfortable room, very clean and nice sized bathroom with good shower. Staff on reception were extremely helpful and kind. Can buy breakfast on a morning if wanted. Only 10 min walk from the nearest metro station makes it very easy to get into the centre but there are a few little cafes/shops in the area too.

Good hotel near ArenA

We stayed in several different locations in Amsterdam. This was the roomiest with the best A/C. The staff was very friendly. It was a little run down. Quick/cheap uber to/from the ArenA. Overall a good stay!

Egen going to a concert at ArenaA, greit location, 15 min with metro from Central Station and the same to the arena. Bar/restaurant with OK food. Clean rooms and nice staff in reception

Considering the price, not my best hotel experience. We had a situation where our room was overbooked. We check in, go to our room, only to find people already sleeping in our bed. The staff was helpful and gave us an “upgrade”. The upgraded room was incredibly dusty, its like the room was speed cleaned. We found hair and dust all over the room. Thankfully the towels were clean.

Name wasn’t on the system. Said I was someone else who had a different name and DOB. Said it was an Expedia problem as they’ve had this before. Also called Expedia who said it was the hotel. Very badly managed and very little help to settle anxiety and stress. Hotel was nice other than that
