Great staff. Miria the front desk lady was amazingly helpful. Really a great asset to the hotel. But all the staff we interacted with were just great. Really liked the two room suite we had, but keep in mind that the trams run by the front of the hotel so you will hear those into the night. Otherwise just a great stay.
