Quite a good stay. Calm area around the hotel. Good fresh breakfast! A little dust on lamps in the ceiling in our room, and on other surfaces and in the air condition system. Should be easy to wipe over, and will then give a better impression. All in all good!

The property is very secure and safe! The woman at the front desk was very pleas met to deal with and made the stay much more comfortable treating us foreign guests as one of their own! I stayed here for 3 nights and was very disappointed. The room looked dirty, especially the walls, which had stains and scuff marks that made the whole space feel unclean. The bathroom was extremely small and cramped. The beds were terrible — the pillow tops made it feel like you were sliding off every time you moved. The staff was not friendly or welcoming, which only added to the negative experience. The entire hotel, including the rooms, was very dark and gloomy. And if you’re someone who needs air conditioning, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. While the room technically had AC, it barely cooled anything and made for some very uncomfortable nights. Definitely not a place I’d return to or recommend.

Everything was great overall. However, I had a couple of issues: the TV required an HDMI cable for casting or Bluetooth connection, which I wasn’t informed about beforehand. Additionally, the room felt quite cold, and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to make a difference.

location is cozy, safe, and great price! It’s about a 15-20 minute bike ride to Amsterdam and they have a parking location at the hotel that cost extra. You can also rent bikes which is convenient. The bike ride is easy and enjoyable from the hotel to the heart of Amsterdam. Highly recommend this hotel
