Amazing way to pamper the family the night before returning to the states after a whirlwind tour of Europe. Only issue was an electrical short in the main light in our room. They compensated us by giving us an incredible breakfast.

The hotel is far from the city center but it's easy to get there.. there is a bus station just few steps away going to the airport then train to the city.. then a free shuttle bus from the airport . Very convenient. I recommemd this hotel if just 1-2 nights.

The room is spacious (we chose junior suite for family of 4). The airco is incredible (we stayed there during heatwave). Breakfast has quite an option. The employees're also nice and helpful.

Although staff were kind to upgrade to a room with lounge, had to deal with a roach on first opening of the cupboard. Rest was alright. Not a very cosy feeling room even for that size but overall clean and useful. Did not try breakfast as was somewhat on the higher end of pricing.

The hotel is comfortable, very clean with a nice large room and shower. My issue is that they no longer have a shuttle service and you have to get to the hotel from the airport on your own. The only reason we booked was because of the shuttle. There is a bus that is conveniently located but we weren’t able to take it until our return. The issue is that we waited for 30 minutes in the freezing cold, crazy wind and rain for a shuttle that I was told via messages would come. We called the hotel when it didn’t and were told they no longer offer the shuttle. They had an opportunity to let me know via message as I reached out 2 days prior. We had to spend 40 euros for a taxi because it was late, peak time and short Ubers. Once we finally arrived to the hotel we were not welcomed or greeted kindly at all. Completely nonchalant and when we told her about our experience she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and just said to take the bus back in the morning. Very disappointing after a long travel day.

It felt quite unwelcoming that both the check-in and check-out staff didn’t speak Dutch, the national language of the Netherlands. Also, there seemed to be a shortage of staff when a large group of tourists came in during the afternoon and during breakfast when nearly all tables weren’t cleaned up. I did like the food and drink options offered at breakfast.

The hotel is well located for easy transfer with the hotel shuttle bus to and from the terminal for an overnight stay. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise in terms of the quality and range of items available and can satisfy even a vegan. Staff were friendly and helpful in answering questions.

Great hotel. Close to airport. We really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. It was free to the hotel and cost 12 euros for the way back. (2 adults and a child). If you want to go for an awesome walk along some cute canals there is a little town close by with restaurants and supermarkets. Maybe 25 minutes
