“Our first stay at this B&B in Saratoga Springs and we cannot wait to return. The entire home was sparkling clean, the rooms very comfortable and well done with extremely nice linens. We especially enjoyed the great water pressure and new rain shower head. It started our day off beautifully topped with a breakfast menu that satisfied every guest’s favorites. We so enjoyed both our innkeepers. Sarah was the perfect breakfast server and her husband gets 5 stars for his well prepared and tasty...

“Very peaceful. I enjoyed waking in the morning to the sound of gentle breezes blowing through the fields of tall grass and the aroma of breakfast wafting up the stairs to our bohemian decor room. Host was so gracious and offered a perfect blend of pleasant engaging conversation yet respects her guests’ desire for undisturbed quiet time as well. Grounds are beautiful and offer backyard activities and meditative space.”

“We had an absolutely lovely time during our stay at Circular Manor Bed and Breakfast!
It was as though we were spending our time there with family. Both Michele and Dieter were so very warm and friendly from the start. I wish that we had been able to stay longer.

“Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.”
