Great place to stay

Great hôtel ! Decorated with taste, large rooms with good light ! very comfortable beds. Bar is really nice with the best Caipi of the village and rich breakfast in the morning. we loved everything at De Praia. I would say that it is probably the best hôtel to stay in Icaraizhino (with Villa Mango but outside the village).

Incrível, localização maravilhosa, hotel muito aconchegante com excelente vista do mar. Restaurante muito bom, com preços acessíveis. Fica a desejar a limpeza e manutenção de algumas instalações, especialmente de todos sofás e poltronas (estofados).

chegamos à noite para nossa estadia de lua de mel e encontramos alguns problemas: 1- não havia recepcionista, mas só um vigia que não sabia explicar muito bem as coisas dentro do quarto. 2- A jacuzzi estava quebrada e o chuveiro elétrico com água quente não estava funcionando. Fora esses problemas fomos transferidos para um quarto melhor no dia seguinte, pois os problemas não foram resolvidos.

Muito bom

A atenção e o tratamento da equipe tanto da gerente qto dos funcionários do hotel é espetacular! Só sugiro que no banheiro fosse colocado como opção uma lâmpada mais clara pois a que está deixa o ambiente escuro associada a pintura escura do chão e paredes dificultam mais ainda a possibilidade de conseguir enxergar bem. Na parte do gramado tbm sugeriria que fosse colocado uma melhor iluminação pq fomos com crianças e elas gostavam de brincar por lá e foi difícil observá-las do restaurante .

O hotel é fantástico! Realmente é pé na areia. Quarto espaçoso e bastante confortável. No banheiro o unico problema é que após o banho, o chão do lado de fora está todo molhado, pois não tem Box fechado. Mas nada que comprometa a estadia. Café da manhã é ótimo. Restaurante é ótimo, porém o horário de abertura 11:00 e fechamento 14:30 da cozinha compromete, pois quem está de férias não tem rigidez de horário. No geral, recomendo demais o hotel. Vale cada minuto da estadia!!!!

Poderia ter sido melhor

Checkin com 40 minutos de atraso e nem um pedido de desculpas. Os donos estavam presentes e mesmo assim nada fizeram. Para piorar, um deles foi estremamente grosso com meu filho pelo fato do mesmo estar usando o remo da prancha de SUP que era de uso dos hóspedes! É para os hóspedes ou não? Enfim, os únicos elogios vão para a equipe de limpeza, para a recepcionista JESSICA e para o instrutor de kite ADRIANO.
