Every few years I check into a hotel and am given a key to a room that has not been cleaned. It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit.

Hôtel très bien situé, cadre ombragé et agréable. Personnel courtois et souriant. La chambre était grande, climatisée, propre, des serviettes à disposition (un sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain). Une grande terrasse à l’ombre avec des chaises et une petite table à disposition. La literie est très confortable, des oreillers supplémentaires sont à disposition. Dans l’hôtel une fontaine à eau fraîche ou tempérée gazeuse ou plate, idem pour le café à disposition et des viennoiseries dans l’après midi (gratuit car il s’agit des restes du matin). Un baby-foot et des canapés sont aussi à disposition au rdc. Le petit déjeuner est complet salé et sucré comme présenté sur le descriptif de l’hôtel. La piscine est de taille moyenne et on se sent vite à l’étroit mais elle est fonctionnelle. Le seul petit bémol s’est que je n’ai pas vu la douche pour se rincer avant de pouvoir accéder à la piscine. Le gros bémol est le comportement des gens qui font des bombes dans la piscine alors que c’est interdit ( ce n’est aucunement la faute du personnel qui court déjà partout pour ramasser les gobelets que les clients ne sont pas capable de mettre dans les poubelles 🙄). En résumé, nous avons passé un bon séjour, très bien reçu, très bien dormi, hôtel d’excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande. Merci à l’équipe qui nous a reçu.

Impossible de payer en liquide si vous n'avez la somme juste. Il faudrait interdire les ballons à la piscine, pénible pour les personnes qui veulent du calme. Bon petit déjeuner. Le plus c'est l"eau et le café gratuit

Situation au top, au coeur d’une forêt derrière un zoo où l’on entend les animaux le soir à la tombée de la nuit, très calme. Concernant l’́hôtel.... personnel agréable à l'arrivée, fontaine à eau et machine à café disponible h24. Cependant, l'arrivée dans la chambre m’a quelque peu refroidi... bien qu’elle soit spacieuse, il y a un manque d’entretien évident! Vitres sale, meubles écaillés, draps troués, serviettes de bain tachées. Le radiateur de la salle bain ne fonctionne pas, le pommeau de douche tient avec du chatertone, trace de calcaire, poubelle sale, cheveux au sol.... et un invité surprise au petit matin qui grimpe au mur. Ménage non fait entre 2 nuit (juste un coup d’aspirateur m’aurais amplement suffit). Tous ces petits désagrément ont été signalés via la messagerie expédia et à l’accueil lors de mon arrivée du second jour mais aucune réaction de part et d’autre.... dommage! Le petit déjeuner est conforme à la description cependant le tarif me semble élevé au regard de la qualité des produits. Espérant que cet avis aide l'équipe de gérance à remédier à ces manquement. Pour ma part, je ne pense pas réserver cet établissement lors de mon prochain déplacement pro.

We hebben hier 1 keer overnacht op onze reis naar huis. Onze 1e kamer werkte de airco niet en zijn toen omgeboekt naar andere kamer. Wij vinden het wel heel raar dat het personeel geen andere taal als frans spreekt. Ze waren wel behulpzaam maar het gaf toch veel verwarring.
