The amenities were very nice. The staff were friendly and courteous. The housekeeping department did a phenomenal job and the breakfast chef at Insignia catered to the guests with specialty omelets and constantly made sure the buffet was tidy, restocked and beautifully presented. We stayed in December and the decorations and hot chocolate station were over-the-top! We very much d ed n joyed our stay!

The room is clean, hotel is still feel great, spacious, gym facility is complete. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is quiet as it is located in residential area, about 10-15 minutes drive to downtown and abdali mall. However, if you are looking for more lively place, this is not for you. There are small good restaurants nearby and also currency exchange, but not as lively as downtown.

We would like to thank the Hotel staff and Expedia for being incredibly accommodating and helpful. We experienced an emergency during our trip and had to make a last‑minute change, and the support we received was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The hotel is about an 8‑minute drive from a nearby mall with plenty of cafés and restaurants. We used Uber to get there, and the ride cost only 4 USD. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of continental and local dishes, and the food quality was excellent. We are a family with two teenagers, and they found plenty to enjoy. A special thank‑you to the reception team — especially Osama and Mr. Moad Batayneh. We were exhausted after our emergency, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The staff truly went above and beyond. Our stay was comfortable and memorable, and we would definitely love to stay here again.

Nice Hotel!

This is truly a five star hotel with all of the amenities and service one needs for a comfortable stay everyone on the staff, from the front desk to the room attendance to the servers. We’re all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable.

It was a good stay and the facility is great and the staff was unbelievably wonderful especially the concierge guys and the front desk staff especially Abu Tala. But in room the air conditioning location was not good at all that was in front of the bed which keep blowing the air in a hard way even if you lower it unless you turned it off which will make the room hot

Top-notch quality and service!

Newly renovated and tastefully decorated room with very comfy bed and powerful rain shower! Loved the complimentary toiletries. All staff were very courteous and eager to please you! Booked with half board - the iftar buffet dinner was abundance and tasty. The desserts were to die for - very pretty to look at and equally very tasty to eat! Breakfast was set-menu rather than buffet style - this could be due to Ramadan! Despite being a set menu, the quality of breakfast was never compromised.

The staff were fantastic. They took care of everything I needed and ensured that my stay were enjoyable and fully comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was brand new. The attention to detail at every point from the treats left in the room, frequently asking if I needed anything to the generous "late check-out" made the stay special. A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU for Bayan, Dorra, Alaa, Olaia and Yazeed for their hospitality, positive attitude and big smiles :) Certainly will stay there again next time I am in Amman.
