The front desk host went above and beyond to welcome us into Jordan. He translated English to our driver and even called for my wife and I dinner reservations. The room was clean and comfy. A bit cold but nothing really else bad about it.

The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful. Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 a.m., but the check-in process was handled very smoothly. The staff member kindly helped us order food online, and when it was delivered, he personally brought it to our room even at such a late hour. The room was also very good. The beds were neat and clean, and overall the stay was comfortable. We truly appreciate the staff’s helpful attitude and dedication. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I was 2 nights there. Its a very convenient hotel because of its proximity to the airport, the friendly and helpful John, and the laundry service, which is very practical. My only issue and recommendation is that management check the beds, because it had a sligh cigarette smell, and I think it would be good to improve. Otherwise, everything was fine and safe.

A hotel that is very close to the airport and is therefore convenient to travel to and from the airport. If you don’t mind the midnight music being broadcasted from the local area and low water pressure, then this hotel would be ok.

Impressive value!

We used a 5 bed room to rest a couple hours before continuing our trip. It was easy to find and comfortable. John greeted us when we arrived around 2am. He was incredibly kind and welcoming to us and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds and room were clean and worked perfectly for us.

Convenient to airport, but some concerns

We stayed here twice at the beginning and end of our trip to Jordan. Convenient to airport and staff provide friendly service. Windows are able to completely block out sunlight if you need to sleep late. However, sink water was visibly brown, and one bed had pubic hair from prior guests.

Ok for a stop over before a flight

The hotel is located next to the university which if you were visiting family there it’s in an ideal spot. We stayed as a cheap night stop before our flight. The rooms are large and pleasantly decorated. The bathroom is very basic and the shower is pretty useless. The beds are very uncomfortable. The AC worked very well.

Chose this place because it is close to the airport. Generally a clean and tidy place. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Helped to get a taxi for us, which is cash only payment for those like me that only carry cards. It would have been nice to have a free airport shuttle with the services. Good location for fast access to the airport.

Great place, nice staff!

This is a great small older local hotel. We loved the easy location and the very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable. Just what we wanted. This is not a big fancy hotel. If that is what you are looking for stay somewhere else. If you realize this is a nice clean older hotel in a safe comfortable area then stay here.

We used this property more like a day room. We arrived back in Amman at 3pm and out flight did not leave out until 3am the next morning. So we only needed something simple to rest and shower. The most amazing thing of this lodging was the receptionist names Jon. He spoke perfect english and was the best with helping us get food and transportation. I cant say enough great things about him...just truly grateful of our interactions. The hotel is simple and you get what you pay for. Unless on a extremely tight budget, this is probably 1 night max stay.
