Hotel is far from attractions and airport but Uber is cheap and rapid in Amann. Clean but decor is dark and unappealing. Service is rather mediocre though part of it may be the limited English of the staff. Breakfast buffet is ok. Gym is adequate. I have trouble with registration of extra days. Room is comfortable but very noisy due to close highway. Bathroom was clean. Enough closet space. I didn’t think I would stay in the property if I return to Amann.

Great hotel with nice rooftop pool and very confortable rooms at a decent price. Only small issue was with the music slightly to loud on the roof but fortunately it stops at midnight. The rest was perfection, including an amazing ncredibly helpful staff.

This is a newer property in a bit of the outskirts, it's 35 minutes from Amman airport. The rooms are super nice but very small, which I didn't mind. That means that the rooms are also very close to each other, so my I could really hear my neighbor and his Bollywood movie. The area, although safe, did not seem to have a lot of walkable tourist things to do. The in-room dining service was amazing, I had the best chicken and veggies meal of my life for only $14.

Nice modern hotel, luggage is brought to room half an hour after check in, at 10pm only possible to get something to drink or eat by the room service. Ordered a burger and a drink, after 1 hour I haven't received it and obviously the order was canceled. I didn't want to wait any longer because I wanted to sleep.

Someone knocked at my room at 6 am in the morning. He looked creepy. They said theyll look into the cameras. Just to later on tell me the maintenance guy was lost in the room number. Why would maintenance do any kind of work at 6 am in the morning? And why would he knock at the wrong door? I thought someone is going to do anything bad to me , I couldn’t sleep for the rest of the time.
