Immaculate room. Loved the dispensers in the shower; they were all full! The temperature was easy to regulate, the comforter was spotless and not too heavy for the heated room. We had more than enough clean towels, washcloths, and hand towels for both of us. I'm not a fan of having to request towels because we're missing a hand towel or sometimes even a bath towel, in other places. What we loved the most, though, was the service. We ordered from UberEats and asked for utensils and disposable plates, but never got them. The agent behind the check-in desk noticed I was looking for napkins, and she immediately offered to get us utensils and disposable plates from the breakfast area. Sorry we didn't catch her name but thank you so much for being vigilant of guest needs, and reacting so swiftly. This says a lot about her primarily, and about Fairfield and the Marriott brand as a whole. Thanks for reminding us that there are still nice people out there.
