The staff were absolutely wonderful.
We should have been warned that the ground floor is undergoing very loud construction that made basic hotel functions impossible, such as check in or ordering a cup of coffee.
There is only room service for dinner.
The sheets are unpleasantly similar to sandpaper.
In short, you'll be disappointed if you expect it to still be like the Omni.
However, all the staff were fantastic and the handicap roll in shower was very nice.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and everything was nice. The staff were super helpful. We had a mix up at check in but other than that everything was great! I would come back to this location.
