The hotel has a great view of Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and quiet. But, a few important things happened during our stay: 1. The door didn't lock. Front desk told me twice that they had fixed it so i climbed the stairs twice, both times the door opened with just a push again. Down the stairs to insist. It took maintenance 3 tries over a few hours to finally just change the lock entirely. (That included me having to climb the stairs with our luggage at least 3 times; one of the front desk men helped me two of those times thankfully). 2. The sides of the kiddie and adult pools are covered in algae. 3. The water in both pools was cold. My daughter kept shivering. I couldn't even last long in the water myself. I expected warm water due to their advertising "climatizado" but it was definitely not the case. Only the air in the covered pool was warm. No swimming for us. 😕 4. The TV didn't work until someone came to fix it. They said the box had disconnected itself.

Interesante, el hotel está lindo, limpio y cómodo, La recepción es muy amable pero el servicio en general de la zona deja mucho que desear, es como si todos en el parque y restaurante estuvieran de malas. Si pienses que habrá alguien que te ayude con la maletaz es un hotel tipo hazlo tu mismo, y después de las 6, no hay comida así que lleva tu kit para cenar desde tu casa

Está increíble y es muy agradable para desconectarse y disfrutar, sólo tienen que tomar en cuenta que las habitaciones (al menos la que me tocó) no cuenta con aire acondicionado y se puede sentir algo de calor en la noche, pero no se siente abrazador; es muy agradable y entretenido todo, desde las atracciones hasta los museos

Excelente servicio de parte de todo el personal. El hotel es sencillo pero limpio y con lo necesario. Sólo considerar que el restaurante cierra temprano (5:30), aunque el servicio a cuarto sigue disponible hasta más tarde. El parque está increíble para disfrutar en familia, considero que especialmente para niños de hasta 12 años

Capaciten a su personal de Gerencia, (ni siquiera se asomo) , recepción y meseros. No tube trato con camareros , ni otro personal. El trato es demasiado parco o sea indiferente , como si vendieran un refresco. Cualquier petición solo se limitan a contestar que no existe o ahorita ni se ocupan. En servicios de hotelería y gastronomía , la atención al cliente debe de ser prioritaria, para asegurar el consumo en todos sus servicios, comida en el momento y asegurar que el cliente vuelva y que recomiende el lugar. Se debe de facilitar todo lo prometido en el servicio que se compro y ofrecer todo lo demás que desconoce. Dirigido al Personal Exijan capacitación, para que sepan que es un trato amable, coordial necesario para el trabajo que desarrollan. Cuiden su trabajo y sientanse orgullosos de lo que hacen. No es denigrante servir, a quien va a descansar. Recuerden que al ser contratados , seguramente les preguntaron en su entrevista, sabes atender al cliente?, servir alimentos? eres amable?, que contestarón?, me imagino que contestaron que si, para obtener el empleo. No lo recomendaría por ahora, espero leer mas adelante que ya cambiaron , que haya buenos comentarios, sobre su atención al cliente.

El area y las instalaciones limpias y muy naturales, desafortunadamente , el personal necesita mucha capacitación en temas de atención al cliente. Las personas son muy poco atentas en su manera de contestar , no hay recibimiento, cordialidad en el trato. Pensé en no poner mí opinion, pero si México quiere turismo, crecer en este ramo,necesitamos que los propietarios se enteren que hay que capacitar al personal, empezar por la gerencia, hacer cursos de motivación. Cualquier consumo del restaurant , lo tiene que ir a solicitar directamente en el mismo, hacer el pago directamente en caja. "ojo" eso genera mucha desconfianza, se pregunta uno porque no les tienen confianza a sus empleados, cualquier nota ó ticket de consumo el cual tiene uno derecho a solicitar, lo mismo. Detalles como estos, los que vamos a vacacionar, son molestos, porque el personal trasmite, su enojo y frustración de no estar en un trabajo que disfruta. "OJO" con eso, porque parece que lo que quieren es eso, que no regrese uno al hotel y restaurant. No puedo opinar sobre las areas de recreación (parque y zoológico) , no las visite. Como se que los empleados verán esto, a ustedes les recomiendo, por lo menos bajar tutoriales de yootube, de las cadenas de hoteles, engrandezcan su trabajo. Cualquier trabajo es digno, ustedes son parte de la cadena de HOTELERIA Y GASTRONOMIA DEL RAMO DE TURISMO así de grande y de importantes deben de sentirse, al desarrollar su empleo de GERENTE, RECEPCIONISTA, MESERO.
