The rooms were very nicely decorated and beds comfy. Staff very friendly. Breakfast and evening meal very nice. Spacious car park. Easy to walk straight out onto the hills. My only suggesting is that without a ‘boot room’ the stair carpet and landing carpet is a bit grubby ( presumably from muddy boots and wet paws) and needs to be carpet cleaned weekly!

A charming pub B&B with real character. The room was cozy and spotless, and the warm welcome from the staff made us feel instantly at home. Great food, excellent atmosphere, and a wonderfully relaxing stay. Plenty of parking and dog friendly too (make sure you book a standard double room which are let friendly) Highly recommended!

Perfect stay

A nice bijou room tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was very good too. We had an evening meal at night and would highly recommend booking ahead too.
