Wallpaper was missing from the walls. The floors had not been vacuumed overly well in my room. There was a good half inch gap of light coming through my door. The AC only worked subpar.

The shower water temp took forever to get warm. Control for on/ off hand held or overhead shower needed an instruction booklet. So showering was a real PIA. Hiding the Kleenex under a shelf was not so thoughtful. In general navigating the lighting shower and basic amenities was cumbersome especially for very tired travelers.
