This is THE BEST hotel in Amasra. A 30 minute walk from the town but it gives you incredible peace and relaxation. Room was beautiful, clean and the ocean view is jaw dropping. We booked here mainly for the pool and it was perfect. VERY clean, not too crowded, all guests were respectful and the gentleman that tends to the pool area was very nice and friendly. Senol at the front desk was a JOY to meet, he is very kind, helpful and nice, he made our stay much more pleasant. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options.

The staff was amazing!! We were fasting on Ramadan, and they prepared a breakfast at 4 am specially for us. Rooms were very cozy, clean, and with a great sea view. Parking is available just across the hotel. Hotel offers pool, sauna etc, but we stayed overnight only, hopefully will have a chance next time. Highly recommend this property!

NOT a 4 star.

NOT a 4 star! A 2 star maximum. Pool is a green swamp. Any picture of a play area for children is fake. Asked for a fork for my room and was told it wasnt allowed. I asked for a glass and was told to use a paper cup! No coffee served at breakfast. No juice. Has a nice view but really can never ever claim to be 4 star. Spend your money on better hotels in town.

Bütün Personele İçten Teşekkürler.

Kendim de Turizmci olarak Personellerin ilgisi mükemmeldi. Temizlik de çok iyiydi, çarşaflar vs. Pırıl pırıldı. Odanın, yatağın konforu çok çok iyiydi. Sanki odalar yeni dizayn edilmiş hissi veriyordu. Bir tek havuz kısmını beğenmedim, Misafirlere bone zorunluluğu getirilirse ve çocukların büyük havuzunu kullanımı biraz daha engellenebilse daha sağlıklı olurdu diye düşünüyorum. Havuz kısmı maalesef özensiz. Bir de çamaşırhanenin kapısının havuz katına açılıyor olması rahatsız edici, içerideki. en azından çamaşırhanenin görünmemesi için önüne paravan çekilebilir.

Otelin genel olarak herşeyi çok iyiydi. 5 yıldızlı otel konforunda odası var. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Doğa manzaralı odasında kalmamıza rağmen manzarası çok güzeldi. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Otelin hamam kısmında sauna ve buhar odasının çalıştırılmamış olması dışında hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. 5 yıldızlı otellerden hiçbir farkı yoktu. Çok memnun ayrıldık.

İki tane suyla zengin olacaklar

İnternet üzerinden rezervasyon yaptırdığımız için iki tane tek kişilik yataklı bir oda ayırmışlar. İlk gün sürekli elektrik kesintisi yaşadık, uygun bir kart bulmak zor oldu maalesef. Ertesi gün sabah tuvaletin sifonu bozulmuş. Uzunca bi süre su sesi dinledik. Bi sonraki gün mini bar yenilenmemişti telefonla belirtip su istedik. Oda servisinin yenilendiğini ve suları bizim içmiş olduğumuzu belirttiler. Gerçekten harika ötesi bir deneyimdi

Rezillik.

Otele ilk girdiğimizde herşey gayet güzel görünüyordu, bizim kaldığımızda kuvvetli yağış ve fırtına vardı sabahtan camımızı kapatıp (olduğu kadar) odamızdan ayrıldık. Akşam döndüğümüzde ise camımızın açılıp odanın su içinde kaldığını gördük. Cam üstünden tam olarak kapanmıyordu. Resepsiyondaki görevliye söylediğimde ise bana kat görevlisinin olmadığını, bana çarşaflarda yardımcı olabileceğini ve çekpas verebileceğini söyledi. İçeriden diğeri bana bağırarak söylenerek camı kapatsaymış diye bağırarak geldi. Müşteri hizmet bekler her zaman ama bu iki arkadaş pek bilmiyor hizmet etmeyi, çemkirmekte biraz iyilerdi. Utanmasa odayı bana temizle diyecekti arkadaşlar. Sonra başka bir odaya geçtim hiçbir sorun yoktu başta, sonra ordan da her yerinden sular damlamaya başladı tavandan. Sonrasında Salih beydi sanırım sağolsun gayet kibardı diğer arkadaşlara nazaran çok yardımcı oldu bize yeni bir odaya geçirdi bizi ancak rahat edebildik. Salih bey dışında güzel olan hiçbirşey yoktu açıkçası. Tam bir rezillik asla tavsiye etmiyorum kimseye, paranızı çöpe atmayın...
