Cute western style hotel, it is dated, but everything works. love The details, love the ability to walk to the big texan restaurant, wish they had a discount if you stayed there. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower had great pressure. And the windows had barn doors instead of curtains.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful, even offering bandages for a minor injury. As for the room, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the Keurig coffee maker was much better than others we encounter, and there was plenty of regular coffee for more than one cup. All the amenities were well placed and thought out, and it was clear that this motel room had been recently updated, with nice flooring and paneling. I would definitely stay there again!

This is a must stop if you're traveling through Amarillo. The hotel is very clean and the decor is fabulous. We loved that the doors leading to the bathroom area qere like old saloon doors. A big perk is the Big Texan steak house on property. Be sure to make a reservation.
