Friendly helpful front desk staff. Property under renovation and should not be open or advertised as "very good". The room I stayed in was in poor condition. Tub shower did not drain, sink faucet crappy, mattress was garbage and very sunken. Terrible accommodation!

Friendly staff, room was a good size. Hotel is currently under renovations and sign was not up so it was a little difficult to tell if we were in the right place. Lots of construction materials and dust throughout hallways. Something slimy had been spilled on the carpet in our room that house keeping apparently missed other than that, room was relatively clean. Once renovations are completed and construction dust is cleaned up, it will likely be a very nice hotel.

We stayed the night in the middle of their remodel! They did keep everything safe and clean. The room was beautiful and clean! Loved the high ceilings and the ceiling fan!! Breakfast was great!

I reserved five rooms for a group of teens and chaperones traveling through town. Two out of the five rooms were not clean when we arrived. We were given a different room when request requested, but it did not fit the size needs we had. There were some rust stains in the bathroom, showing the age, but otherwise the rooms were fine. Additionally, the outside was being renovated, and there was no sign anywhere saying which hotel it was so we weren’t really even sure until we walked inside if we were at the right hotel. Overall the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was just fine if not amazing. The staff were competent and did their jobs well, but without being super friendly. It wasn’t a bad hotel, but I wouldn’t choose it again the next time I was going through town.

The room was big and comfortable. I wish we would have stayed longer because my kids were dying to run around and play, but we had to go. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and we all slept very well. Customer service was great. Checkin was easy and the construction wasn’t disruptive once we were in our room. Breakfast was great! They even had fresh oranges which the kids loved. Bacon and sausage on a Saturday, banana nut waffle flavor was awesome too. I wish the muffins would have bee fresh instead of packaged, but they were really good. A bread station with bread, English muffins, or bagels would be a great addition too.

The hotel is under renovation, but the work area was contained and material stacked. The hotel was cute, clean and spacious. Beds comfy, we got a suite with a pull out couch and all 5 of us were avle to stretch out and relax after a day of travel. Breakfast had hot eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy as well as waffles, cereal, and cartoons of milk. This will be pur stop in Amarillo from now on!
