“My stay at Udaya was incredibly disappointing. The washrooms were clogged, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. When I asked about a new room, they sent an AC technician at 1:00 AM instead. Eventually, they did move us to a new room, but it was a long wait.”

“It was a good stay , staff is very cooperative, rooms are good , new bedsheet and pillows were provided already , bathroom kit definitely needs an upgrade , overall a good stay as it is a 2 star hotel.”

“Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive staff nothing is a problem. Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads...

“Good value and location,needs a bit of TLC”

“ホテルから徒歩4〜５分ほどで角を曲がるとビーチでした。 ビーチ沿いの目立たない小さな食堂の揚げた魚とライスがとても美味しかったです。 夕方のビーチはとても涼しい風、沈む夕日の絶景で、大勢の人々であふれていました。 ホテルから右に曲がってすぐのチャイ屋さんは時間ごとにジュースやチャイの入れ替わり営業で、10rpsのチャイを朝夕楽しめました。 国内線のゲートを出て右に曲がって３分ほどの所にホテルはありました。”

“Everything has an old look in the cottage - the view was good but everything from the aircon to fittings were really old and worn out. Getting a Uber from the hotel is a real challenge as there are regular taxi drivers who charge triple the rate waiting at the entrance to turn away our booking. Really frustrating when the hotel can’t help us with this matter.”
