Very helpful staff

Perfectly comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet with minimal packaging - even the butter and jams have no packaging. Best to arrive by car as it's not set in a beautiful part of town.

Friendly but dated

Friendly hotel but somewhat dated in style with its ship/sailing theme. I figure they’re trying to be different, but some of the features aren’t that practical (such as a surround over the bed that blocks the adjacent shelf from use). I’d be happier with a more contemporary style that offers a comfort stay.

Cute maritime decor in the entire hotel and a sandy beach in front of the patio that nobody would expect in this region. unfortunately, the many smokers cause an odor even in the rooms and the old carpet doesn’t help. My room was located next the linen room. Rattling carts and a banging door wike me up at 6 am.

there was plastic rubbish on the floor, taxi pre booked through reception didn't show so I was 30 mins late to a wedding, washing machine next to my room running at 2 am, etc. just do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else

OK but staff needs to be more attentive

All was perfect, till the moment we left the hotel, when we left an angry lady came upon us that we havent paid the room, while I was leaving the key I mentioned that I paid everything. While still at the car she came panicking and yelling that I havent paid, this was not so nice

Gutes Hotel für Kurztrip, sauber ,nettes Personal. Hotel liegt mitten im Gewerbegebiet, aber das weiß man ja vorher . Preis Leistung perfekt.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut, es hat an nichts gemangelt. Das Badezimmer ist ein wenig klein geraten, aber das ist ein subjektiver Eindruck. Parkplätze sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Manchmal stehen gegenüber des Hoteleingangs LKW die dort ihre Nacht-/Wochenendruhe verbringen. Vereinzelt läuft mal ein Kühlaggregat, dieses ist aber nur direkt auf dem Parkplatz zu vernehmen. Und irgendwo müssen die LKW-Fahrer nun mal ihre Pause machen, das ist der Preis für unseren Wohlstand. Wir werden wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten, wenn wir in Alzey sind.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einiger Renovierungen. Die Lage ist perfekt, gegenüber ist ein Shopping Center und der Projektkunde ist nur 1 km entfernt.

Das Hotel hat seinen Zenit erkennbar überschritten. Die Lage ist äußerst praktisch und damit ist es immer noch im Rennen.

Für einen Stop-Over Ok. Umgebung des Hotel ist äußerst unattraktiv. Die ausgeschilderte Zufahrt zum Hotel nachts per Schranke verhindert. Darauf wurde beim Einchecken leider nicht hingewiesen. Man muss dann über den LKW Parkplatz fahren.
