Comfortable rooms, quiet, surrounded by nature and very kindly staff specially a guy called Rafael who was always glad to help and treated us incredibly well. Breakfast was also very well served. We highly recommend this hotel.

Pousada linda e confortável

A pousada é extremamente limpa e confortável. O Café da manhã é bem completo e gostoso, mas, como na maioria das pousadas da região, começa um pouco tarde, a meu ver pelo menos, já que os passeios muitas vezes exigem sair bem cedinho. Oferece kit de lanche para trilha, cobrado, claro, à parte. Pessoal do café bacana, até trocaram itens do lanche e café por opções sem glúten. O atendimento é bem gentil, só achei pouco sincronizado entre os funcionários e nem todas as informações solicitadas foram corretas (sobre trilhas, por exemplo). Pagamos adiantado e tentaram nos cobrar novamente, pois não registraram o pagamento no sistema deles. Mostramos o comprovante do Hoteis.com e ficou tudo bem. Enfim, um pouco confuso nessa parte. Pode melhorar nisso. Voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Pousada excelente

A pousada é muito bonita e faz jus ao nome, pois realmente é um recanto de paz. Pra quem quer tranquilidade e sossego, é o lugar ideal. O café da manhã é muito gostoso e tem uma variedade boa. Destaque para a banana da terra e o queijo coalho: que delícia! Tivemos um problema na nossa estadia mas que foi prontamente resolvido pela Cibele. Com certeza é um lugar que eu pretendo voltar!

Prós e contras.

O chalé standard é muito pequeno, a cama de casal com espaço de uns 30 cm de cada lado….vaso sanitário- porta de vidro- pia com espelho+algumas prateleiras com frigobar - porta de vidro - chuveiro elétrico. Chamávamos de nosso “micro chalé” No mais pessoal simpático, limpo, bom café da manhã, jardins bem cuidados, piscina ok!
