The only parking in the area for some strange reason is the hotel’s small and inconvenient underground lot which is difficult to access. The room was very hot, no fan, and no tea or coffee in room. Apparently the low rate I secured through BOOKING did not include breakfast, a fan, or tea and coffee.

Unprofessional

First impression is good, but unfortunately one of the beds had a large dump. We reached out the reception (by e-mail) after the first night (we arrived late). We never got any reply. When we got back to the hotel we asked for a new matrass or anything to fill in the dump, in order the be able to sleep, at all. The receptionist were very unpolite. After some time we got a quilt to put in the dump. We were trying to show her the dump, she said she knew about it, and she was clearly annoyed. We tried to say that the hotel can not charge us for two beds, when there is only one that can be used. She told us that we were «so unkind». And she also told us that she would call her manager the next day (to late for us) and call us the next day. We never heard anything. Very unusual and unprofessional treatment.

Stille beliggenhed, rent og pænt, dejlig morgenmad og fin pool med dejlig temperatur. Man skal nok have bil med for at komme til hotellet. Hotellet er ikke nyt og det ses en del steder men tingene fungerer. Meget for pengene og ikke noget at klage over.

Den unge dame i receptionen talte ikke engelsk!. Og værelset var EKSTREMT fugtigt (der var skimmelsvamp på badeværelset og ruderne var drivende våde af vand, der samlede sig i vindueskarmen). Desuden lugtede værelset ret meget af klor. Ellers udmærket til prisen.

Wir waren 5 tage dort mit unserem sohn 12 jahre wir sind sehr zufrieden das Personal war einfach nur klasse grade in den frühen morgenstunden sehr zuvorkommend hilfsbereit und einfach nur total lieb wir können es nur empfehlen der Pool war einfach nur mega immer hatten wir platz. Es gab Billard,dart und eine Tischtennis , klar manche sachen sind in die jahre gekommen aber auch das ist normal . Die zimmer waren sauber das bett gemütliche auch wenn sie mal aussernander rutschen. Wir werden dort nur noch übernachten wenn wir in kiel sind. Und für das hotel seit stolz auf so klasse Personal und schatz es so tolle Mitarbeiterinnen bekommen sie nicht öfter .
