Nice for a short stay

Standard clean room, nice beds, bathtub, nice little pool good temperature and a sauna (open from 6-21). Very good for a 2-3days stay 🙂

The only parking in the area for some strange reason is the hotel’s small and inconvenient underground lot which is difficult to access. The room was very hot, no fan, and no tea or coffee in room. Apparently the low rate I secured through BOOKING did not include breakfast, a fan, or tea and coffee.

Unprofessional

First impression is good, but unfortunately one of the beds had a large dump. We reached out the reception (by e-mail) after the first night (we arrived late). We never got any reply. When we got back to the hotel we asked for a new matrass or anything to fill in the dump, in order the be able to sleep, at all. The receptionist were very unpolite. After some time we got a quilt to put in the dump. We were trying to show her the dump, she said she knew about it, and she was clearly annoyed. We tried to say that the hotel can not charge us for two beds, when there is only one that can be used. She told us that we were «so unkind». And she also told us that she would call her manager the next day (to late for us) and call us the next day. We never heard anything. Very unusual and unprofessional treatment.

Wir waren 5 tage dort mit unserem sohn 12 jahre wir sind sehr zufrieden das Personal war einfach nur klasse grade in den frühen morgenstunden sehr zuvorkommend hilfsbereit und einfach nur total lieb wir können es nur empfehlen der Pool war einfach nur mega immer hatten wir platz. Es gab Billard,dart und eine Tischtennis , klar manche sachen sind in die jahre gekommen aber auch das ist normal . Die zimmer waren sauber das bett gemütliche auch wenn sie mal aussernander rutschen. Wir werden dort nur noch übernachten wenn wir in kiel sind. Und für das hotel seit stolz auf so klasse Personal und schatz es so tolle Mitarbeiterinnen bekommen sie nicht öfter .

Der bliver ikke gjort rent. Askebæger stod der fyldte da vi ankom og var ikke tømte da vi afsluttede opholdet. Spindelvæv over alt i værelset, Lamper der ikke virkede. Svømmebassin: Intet virker, svømme træning, lys i vandet, lamper virker ikke i loftet, sat fast ned gaffertape. Sauna kunne ikke tændes inden for åbningstider i poolen. Morgenmad dyrt 14 euro for noget tørt brød, 4 slags kedeligt pålæg, 2 slags ost, æg var alle dage hårdkogt. Alt koster ekstra, dårlige parkeringsforhold. Virker som et hotel der lever på nogle gamle billeder, men i virkeligheden måske lukker i morgen

Dejligt at man kunne lave kaffe på værelset og at der var et køleskab. Restauranten og baren var lukket, dog mulighed for at købe enkelte øl og vand. Ok pool men vandet og rummet var alt for varmt og dyser i poolen virkede ikke.

Receptionisten var meget lidt hjælpsom og ønskede ikke at åbne bommen ned til parkeringskælderen da hun havde fri netop som vi ankom. Vi fik et værelse med handicap toilet, hvilket var næsten umuligt at bade på.

Die besten Jahre hat das Hotel hinter sich. Die Einrichtung ist veraltet und abgeklebt. Wenn es dann wenigstens sauber wäre. Aber Spinnenweben und Getier in den Ecken auf Zimmer und Flur gehen gar nicht. Wenigstens sind die Betten bequem und frisch bezogen. Wasserflecken im Bad auf den Fliesen, Armaturen und dem Spiegel sowie Rückstände in der Toilette unter dem Rand zeugen auch von mangelnder Hygiene. Wenigstens sind das angebotene Frühstück in Ordnung und die Lage top.

Bra hotell som är lite ute på vischan

Bra hotell till ok pris. Ligger lite off, men det var precis det vi sökte efter. Hotellet har ingen restaurang men en bra grekisk restaurant ligger ca 10 min körning från hotellet. Spa avdelning utnyttjades av dottern i 20 sekunder. Vattnet var svinkallt :-(. Tyst och bra rum. Stort badrum, synd bara att man måste duscha i ett badkar. Frukost helt ok med allt som jag behöver, äggröra, bacon och korv. Samt färskt bröd, kaffe, juice, och bra pålägg.
