Alpena is a wonderful small but growing town, i grew up there. what a disgrace that this days inn location is allowed to operate there

Been coming up to Alpena for many many years to go salmon fishing. All other motels we have been going to have been declining in service or increasing in price. This trip was best for where we have been staying and will be back next year.

Enjoyed our 2 days here! The downtown is adorable with great eateries, shops and art! The museums are amazing! The views are mesmerizing! The history is astounding.
