The stay was good for the price but the hotel needs updating. Great for kids and full of them but would have LOVED if they had 1 hour at the end of the day where the pool/hot tub was for adults only like a lot of other places.

Stay was fine, wasn't in room much. Did smell of smoke in entry of room but staff quickly got us a remote when none was in the room. Everyone was friendly. Would just recommend different set up for breakfast so those making a waffle don't hold up the line

very convenient location, nice accomodations, rooms were clean and property well kept. What I found a little short coming was the water pressure in the sink lavatory was very weak. Additional help was needed in the breakfast, the two staff were great, but were just over whelmed by the number of guests. reorganization of the breakfast area could be addressed due to the congestion created by having the coffee at the same place where plates and cutlery are accessed.

Very outdated air/ heating unit didn’t even work at all ! Got woke up to drunks outside cause their headlights shined in our room also being very noisy . Looks pretty run down outside . There wasn’t really anything in the area it was in .

They ask you to check in online to save time but when you get there you still have to go through the whole checkin procedure again. I stay here a few time a year, I won't bother with online check in again

Nice update on the property. Biscuits and Gravy offered for breakfast on a Friday as the main course, not a fan but settled for cereal. Hot tub and pool area nice condition. Will return in the near future.

Stayed here for a girls hockey team tournament weekend. It was an okay 2 star facility for its purpose in an older building. We were in a “dog friendly” room — the cleaning wasn’t up to my standards but that was easily fixed with a quick trip to Meijer for supplies. Beds were comfortable.

This hotel offers a lot of family entertainment options. The only complaint my family had was that the pool water temp was kind of on the cool side. The arcade offered a large amount of games...the grandkids really enjoyed all of it!

Clean, convenient, good price, family friendly becauss they have an indoor playset, adult friendly with the built in bar. Decent breakfast with hot eggs and sausage. Stayed once with my family and a few times with friends when we had to travel for nursing clinicals and always a good experience

We like the pool the game room nice rooms except the bathroom was not very clean there was stuff all over the counters and inside the showers like no one ever cleaned it a few inside the room but oh no good didn't like that they didn't have breakfast a couple days they said they ran out of food or something we go to this place at least twice a year

Apparently, school was out and families with people in the party that did not know how to behave, started fighting in the hallways, and I thought it might be better if like minded people were grouped together, rather than putting everyone in the same corridor. We came for quiet, and we had nothing but noise and disruptions the entire stay.
