Beautiful hotel, great value for money. The most wonderful staff. Pool table and table tennis was under a shaded area in the pool bar area-so much fun and a good break from the sun! Not many resorts have shaded areas but the cabanas by the pool made a huge difference. Really fun slides in the pool which the kids enjoyed. There was no oats , muesli or Bircher at the breakfast which would have been nice but overall plenty of options at breakfast. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed for 2 nights, quite disappointed with the check in process (overwhelmed, housekeeping issues) which can be better for a 5* hotel standard Check in almost 4hrs late (*Tentative check in timing is at 3pm. Managed to access into our respective rooms almost near to 7pm), given complimentary welcome drinks for the delay. Security wise, felt safe with the frequent prowling by security officers Room was clean, well maintained and comfortable Nevertheless, the breakfast spread was awesome. Hotel facilities are user friendly, easily acessible and family friendly (swimming pool, gym)
