Wonderful hotel which is clearly 5 star. The service by all staff was exemplary! The standard courtyard room was fabulous with a large comfortable bed. It had everything you needed and the bathroom and shower were high quality. The only disappointment was we were only there for one night!

A really lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, very well maintained and spotless hotel, our room was spacious with a fantastic terrace overlooking the castle, large well appointed bathroom. Excellent food in the restaurant. My wife is coeliac and they knew exactly how to cater for her dietary requirements, nothing was too much trouble. And the location is perfect, across the road from the castle and short walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again
