The location is wonderful, and my room was perfect. The breakfast buffet was delicious, convenient, and well-priced. The outdoor deck on the rooftop was also very enjoyable. There is nothing that did not meet or exceed my expectations. The staff were especially helpful in helping with luggage, answering questions, storing our bags after checkout, and arranging transportation to the airport.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of Almeria. Room was lovely, tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff all very welcoming. I was only 1 night for business but enjoyed my stay.

Very pleasant and charming hotel right in the middle of the old city. We had a luncheon portion of Calamari Squid and Fish and it was to die for especially with a great view and bottle of wine all for under 40€ Highly recommend!

The hotel was beautiful. The staff couldn't do enough to make your stay perfect. The pool upstairs was a real delight small but adequate. The roof top at night was beautiful. In the old quarter and great access. Highly recommend this hotel . You get used to the charming bells .

Grand room, very well cleaned although maintainance could be improved - for example tile replacement handiwork leaves a lot to be desired. Very large and comfortable bed. Small in room fridge was great. Good quality pod coffee machine in the room, but I've never been charged for in room coffee in a 4 star hotel before. Breakfast was good but no option to book with room, so had to pay €12 pp per day, about 80% of buffet/menu items were available. Staff friendly and polite. Lovely building, fantastic location. Stayed in Feb 2026, as with most things in the city during off peak season, availability and opening hours varied without notice. For example the pool cocktail bar wasn't open at all the nights we were there (Sat-Tues), but other venues elsewhere were. If you are a light sleeper be aware that the catedral bells sound each quarter and on the hour every hour 08:00-00:00.

Wonderful in Every Way

This is a very special little hotel. First, the staff was so friendly. We got there in a rental car, and I was nervous driving on the narrow streets of the historic center. The garage is a block or two away. I drove to the hotel first to drop our bags and ask about the parking. A woman came out and walked ahead of me to the garage, and all the way down until I was neatly in a space. We had the good fortune to see an extension of the Fallas that are typically associated with Valencia. Our room directly overlooked the street where the procession took place. Then we went up to the gorgeous rooftop deck with a view of the whole square to watch the festivities in comfort. We then stayed for wine and delicious tapas with a view. Our room was comfortable, spacious, impeccably clean, and surprisingly quiet given the location. We had a wonderful experience.

Roof top pool small but I’m not there for the pool. The bar at the top was a nice touch. Right next to the cathedral. Had breakfast once. 12 euros and they do not have hot food at the buffet to save on food waste. They prepare it for you. I had scrambled eggs cooked to order and none of that powdered eggs that a lot of hotels use. I just wish they did not charge in the room to make coffee. 1 euro per pod- fir a 4* that should be free in the room like a lot of other hotels that offer nespresso in room for free. The room was large with king bed. No complaints there. Staff very nice all over the hotel.

The roof terrace wasn't available due to wind and the junior suite opened to the side of the building with a view to the plaza in front of the cathedral with a bit of a stretch. The floor wasn't very clean in our room and what at first appeared to be complementary water and coffee was definitely not gratis. The location is perfect and parking is possible but around the corner, requiring a staff member to assist in parking and retrieving a car. It was a pleasant stay with a few disappointments.

Our room was large, but smelled of Toilet exhaust…they clearly have a problem, and covered it up by using scents after we complained….the general maintenance is lacking with bubbles in the ceiling and trims on doors falling off. The rooms are very sparsely furnished, and the bathroom while large is not well laid out. The saving grace is that our room was not expensive. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is inexpensive (12E/p) and adequate. The rooftop lounge is nice and has a lovely view of Catedral Plaza. Parking is secure and only 500 feet away, accompanied by a junior staff member to let you in and out.
