Really enjoyed my 7 night stay, my room and the whole hotel was really clean all the time. The facilities were great, loved the olympic size pool and the pool area in general. The staff are very helpful and do a great job with making your stay comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, couples and solo travellers alike.

Lovely hotel and clean and spacious rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly, though not all English speaking. Beautiful swimming pools. Food- on half board- generally excellent, though, being out of season, it was less impressive when there were fewer guests.

This place is fantastic. I was driring btw Malaga and Alincate and someone told me to stop for lunch at Bouno Restaurant in Almeria, which I did...and then decided to stay over. A staff member told me about this place, I pulled it up on Expedia and had an excellent overnight. It is brand new, gorgeous, very clean. The staff were great. Get the breakfast via Expedia, the buffet is outstanding. The pool area is gorgeous and I had a huge sea view terrace. I would vaca here for a few days next time.

Una struttura a 5 stelle dovrebbe curare più i dettagli! Spesso i bagni in piscina senza carta. Nelle camere è capitato più volte che dovevamo rincorrere il personale per farci dare i kit per il bagno. A colazione si ripetevano sempre le stesse cose e all'interno della sala un odore di fumo di cappa insistente. Insomma la struttura merita, ma la gestione a livello di un 5 stelle manca.

We had the first experience of racism at this hotel a number of the staff have issues with the English and make it very difficult for you. From checking in the spa getting a pool towel the pool bar staff and even the guest relations manager. I made two appointments to meet with the hotel manager and on both occasions he didn’t turn up and I was just given excuses. The worst hotel we have ever visited. Garry

Tolles Hotel, Strandabschnitt riesig und steinig

Tolles Hotel mit angenehm dezenter Einrichtung, die Zimmer sauber und wie neu, das Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut. Leider ist der Strand dort nicht so schön, kiesig und steinig der Weg ins Meer, Liegen/Sonnenschirme nur am Pool. Und leider wird um 0.00 Uhr rigoros das Licht auf den Balkonen ausgeschaltet, auch wenn man gerne länger gesessen und gelesen hätte...

Te weinig service voor de prijs.

Rustig redelijk goed hotel beetje onhandig ingedeeld. Dinneropties zijn niet geweldig. Restaurant is na alle klachten nu elke dag bijna leeg. Voor korte periode wel te doen.

Nice hotel but definitely not a true 5 star hotel, let down by poor gastronomy in its restaurant and 3 star breakfast. Coffee is terrible. Food service overall is not up to standard with both poor quality and poor options available. Staff lacked basic English speaking skills and for a 5 star hotel this is just not good enough. Mini bar in the suite empty, Room service options poor, no room service for breakfast, again not acceptable for a 5 start hotel. Area isolated with few dining options. Over promised and under delivered, disappointed !
