A hidden gem.

Looking for a long time for a place and took the chance on this place. when we arrived the host greeted us on the parking lot, we talked for a while, got, among other things, the story of the house, amazing story. The room certainly did not disappoint, everything one needed was there. The breakfast was something in itself, certainly nothing was missing and what was not there was offered. The host couple were very friendly and talkative, love it. WE will definitely come again.

Bijzondere leuke en rustgevende locatie

Hele mooie romantische locatie met ruime kamers en zeer gastvrije gastvrouw. Heerlijke rustige omgeving waar je uren kan wandelen met veel bos, water en dieren. Een echte aanrader voor mensen die tot rust willen komen.

Bucketlist B&B

What a nice, warm, friendly and chique B&B. A few kilometers from Zutphen you will find Villa Rozenhof. When you turn into the driveway, a great " Wauw-factor" will be yours. The rooms are excellent, the breakfast is stunning and all the members of the staff never loose their smile. A great place to be!!
