Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Very nice and cosy hotel, in Kazakh style. Rooms are beautifully decorated, and the restaurant is really nice with music too. Breakfast was meny-style. Amenities in room were also enough and plenty, minibar in room and safe etc. Especially I liked the hair-drier!!! The hotel is very modern, the service staff are really nice and extraordinarily helpful at all times. The only thing would be that hotel has no elevator, but it’s ok as staff will assist with luggage to your room. The area and location of hotel is safe and many people around. I will be back!
