Staff spoke very good English and were happy to answer questions. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and convenience stores all around the hotel. Very good location.

There are two clubs on the ground level that play super loud music every night until 5am. You will not get good sleep. Room was ok, just a bit small. Location was good.

The hotel is in a good location, quite central. The staff are friendly and helpful. On arrival I was told there is a nightclub below the hotel and it turned out to be under my room. They did offer to let me find another property but as I was only in Almaty for a couple of days it wasn't worth it. They did give me ear plugs that helped quite a bit. The nightclub is open every night and was very noisy through until 5am.

非常に素晴らしい👍 スタッフの対応も素晴らしい👍 地下が飲み屋で周りも飲み屋が多いので、夜中までうるさい。 でも安全 冷蔵庫がなかったのはさ残念。
