Modern hotel in downtown Almaty.

Clean and modern hotel. Loved the refillable glass water jugs. Responsive room service. The sauna was nice and hot too.

Staff is amazing. Location is very convenient in the city center. Great breakfast with lots of tasty choices (except for the coffee, which is quite bad). Gym is very reasonable and adequate (open 24/7). Only problem is inconsistent stream of hot water - the hot water in the shower is sometimes pulsating, making the showering experience unpleasant (this issue wasn't present at all times, but rather at certain days and times. However, it happened several times during my stay).

Good choice in Almaty

Very nice option in Almaty in a walkable area with lot of restaurants. The room was very new and clean and well-appointed with a great shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints, and would happily stay there again.
