Excellent stay only be aware if you book the Junior Suite as it is a small / corner room, better to look at other options. The staff anyhow was super helpful and supported by change. In addition it is a very busy hotel, difficult to do early check-in factor this in your travels. I highly reccomend the place to everyone

Dont expect luggage assistance, front reception is not guest oriented .Location is the best and room is very comfortable. The bed and beddings are excellent. Housekeeping is two thumbs up. Breakfast is a middle of the road

The rooms are outdated, expected more… my parents couldn’t sleep cuz of the noise from ventilation downstairs. There was a very loud music till 3 in the morning everyday, which is not possible to sleep with. First room they gave to my parents was dirty and carpet was smelly. They gave us rooms in different floors even though we booked and specially asked to book near by. Receptionist Farsam very professional, tried his best, F&B Staff very nice. Female receptionist was mean & said from behind why we chose this category bc we complaint how loud the music was… The lights, AC don’t work, windows don’t close. The keys were blocked every time that we had to go to reception every time we return to hotel. We were also disturbed because we were forced to check out even though out check out date was different but not a big deal. The hotel from outside looks fantastic but inside not so much. Everything is broken and not repaired.

They arranged airport pick up in request and also gave us a room on a higher floor which had an amazing view of the city and the mountains. One of the best places to stay as Dostyk Plaza one of the biggest shopping malls is just 15 min of a walk away and our pick up place for our tours Renon Zyliha was also nearby, just a 10 min ride.

The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms were well kept. Good breakfast. I do recommend staying here since it serves the purpose but you need to know certain things. I deduct one star because there is no above-and-beyond element. At all! The hotel charged me 12,000 Tenge for airport pickup when I could have just walked to the Blue Taxi counter in the arrivals hall, to whom the pick up drive casually gave back the sign with my name on it. I paid 2500 Tenge back to the airport! What a mark-up! Not fair! In addition, I arrived at around 10 am. They sold me a room for the extra 4 hours before check in (about $100). Most hotels would allow early check in if rooms were available, and there were plenty. I saw many people sitting in the lobby with luggage who would not pay this extra amount. This hotel runs as a business, nothing more.
