Rooms in urgent need of TLC.

If our room in this hotel is typical then they are in urgent need of attention. The bed was as hard as rock, half the motorised window blinds did not work (one was also ripped and another had hanging cables where the motor had been removed), the outer light-proof shutters were held open by wooden wedges. On the plus side the bar/restaurant is reasonably welcoming and the food was good.

Muy mal, llegamos ayer,y tuvimos que cambiar 4 veces la habitación,no tienen mantenimiento,quise hablar con el gerente y me dicen que no podía, que estaba en mallorca,las habitaciones les faltan mantenimiento a todas,un poco mas y llamo a la policía,este hotel no llega ni a una estrella

personal de recepcion muy amable

El personal encantador y volvere seguro. Estaria bien unas aguas de cortesia ya que el minibar esta vacio y posibilidad de poder tomar un cafe pues la cafeteria estaba cerrada, aunque fuera una maquina en recepcion. Volveremos para probar el spa que estaba cerraddo por reformas.

El hotel está bastante bien ubicado,sin ser en el centro pero muy cerca. Las habitaciones muy bien pero tienen algunos fallos que hacen que no le de una puntuación mas alta. Hacia un calor insoportable en la habitación así que fuimos a comentarlo en recepción. El trato fue muy amable por parte de la chica que estaba allí en ese momento pero no se pudo solventar el problema,ya que nos dijo que en ese momento estaba todavía en modo invierno y no podían cambiarlo hasta mas adelante. Lo cual nos pareció curioso porque en los pasillos y en los ascensores la temperatura mucho mas agradable. Que lo dejásemos apagado y abriésemos la ventana,fue su consejo. En el baño la bañera es un desproposito,la alcachofa de la ducha en un lado,el grifo en el otro y el desague en el medio,para colmo no hay antideslizante en la bañera y resbalaba muchísimo,por lo que tomé la decisión de colocar una toalla. Para colmo,como la mampara no cubre ni la mitad de la ducha el agua te salpica casi todo el suelo. Humildemente,les recomendaría que solucionasen esos problemas.
