This hotel has great staff and the service is excellent. Gym is also big and open 24 hours and you can get a good meal in the restaurant as well.

Super nice hotel a bit away from the busy downtown Lisboa but super easy to get there through an aqua taxi. Staff very friendly. Everybody in the tourists areas speak very good English. I speak Portuguese but despite, all made us feel at home.

Due to being close to where I need, it was vety efficient for me. Clean, good breakfast. It is my 5th visit and will have more in the future. They are investing in the preprty which is good. Not picky with mini-bar so you don't need to worry about water. Supermarket just across. If you use public transportation, Almada faiks to maintain it. Even though busy, it is dirty, not evolving and mechanically falling behind. There is free parking in the hotel though.

Good - free underground parking & cleanliness. Bad - Rooms are not soundproof I could hear every noise from the people above me. I barely got any sleep on my second night it sounded as if there was about 10 people in the room above shouting and talking very loud for most of the night, they even had the window open which made it worse. Everything dropped on the floor could be heard like loud thuds, at one point they decided to rearrange the furniture which you could hear being dragged around. If you are a light sleeper wouldn’t recommend especially for the price.

I visited Lisbon for the Half Marathon race, so there is no better place to stay this close to start area. Breakfast did not have a lot of variety but it was value of price for sure, delicious coffee and breads. Indoor free parking was definitely an advantage who rented a car. (Uber is so cheap in Lisbon so I regret renting a car.) There is a water fountain at the lobby so I did not worry about this issue. I did my running training just in front of the hotel where the road merges with a big park. (Parque da Paz)
