C'est un endroit digne des resorts qu'on retrouve dans les caraibes avec de la végétation abondante et une grande et trÚs belle plage. Le personnel est trÚs gentil et trÚs accueillant. La propreté est numéro un. La seule chose qui était négative est que le coffre de sécurité ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Je recommanderai cette place.

We found it very intimidating that the housekeeping staff entered our rooms without knocking and just let themselves in before we had even stepped inside. We have never experienced anything like that before. It felt quite intrusive. There were missing towels for two people, even though two of us had booked rooms. We had to ask for towels several times. They were very strict about towels, and you're not allowed to have extra towels at the pool like the ones you have in the bathroom. It’s not very flexible.

Rapport qualité prix global à revoir.

L'hotel est certe vieillissant mais les chambres sont grande et la literie de qualité. Le personnel est compétent. La chambre est propre. Et le petit dej est bien. En revanche nous avons trÚs mal dormi car l'etblissement héberge un piano bar et à partir de 3 heures du matin et jusqu'à 6h30 impossible de dormir! En effet les clients font énormément de bruit en sortant (cris, crissement des pneus des voitures, ...). Pour information nous y avons séjourné un lundi du mois d'avril. De plus le restaurant offre un trÚs mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Overall around the hotel was nice and it was by the beach which is what we were looking for. We didn’t like the bedroom because the beds were uncomfortable & too small for us. There is no proper ventilation, too humid and just feels crammed in the bedroom. It’s an outdated hotel that should work on improving their rooms. Also we shared with staff that the glass sliding door was broken to which they replied they will send someone to fix it but no one ever showed up. Felt very unsafe knowing that one of the exits stays open 24/7

Beautiful hotel and beach. Great value for money.

This property is excellent. We visited in early June, before the busy season began, looking for sun, sand and sea. The property is large, well maintained and blends into the natural environment brilliantly. The grounds are immaculate and the private access to the fabulous beach is very convenient. The breakfast is good, the lunch and dinner of a great standard. With this hotel, I think you definitely get more than what you pay for. A big thank you to Redouan who was amazing, so friendly and helpful. He did his very best to make sure we were taken care of.

Je suis assez déçu de mon expérience

Le personnel est fort sympathique et aimable mais ne pas fournir deux petites bouteilles d’eau dans une chambre d’hĂŽtel d’un 4 Ă©toiles c’est un peu radin Ă  mon goĂ»t. Le fait d’avoir un accĂšs direct Ă  la plage mais sans aucun sun bed ou parasol c’est trĂšs lĂ©ger je trouve. Le fait d’ĂȘtre envahi de moustiques c’est aussi assez dĂ©rangeant. Le fait de se faire rĂ©veiller par un employĂ© Ă  4h30/5h du matin car il essaye d’ouvrir la porte ce n’est pas non plus trĂšs plaisant. La piscine est trĂšs grande et sympathique mais l’employĂ© qui nettoie autour de la piscine avec son tuyau envoie tous les dĂ©chets autour de la piscine dans la piscine. Ce qui m’a le plus plĂ» c’est la sympathie du personnel et le petit dĂ©jeuner qui Ă©tait riche, variĂ© et trĂšs bon.
