“We were disappointed with the lack of transparency before our arrival.
We booked 2 rooms on March 26. Our stay was for August 11. Upon arrival, we were advised that breakfast is no longer being provided.
While we were sorry to learn that Dolores’ health doesn’t permit her to continue offering this service, a phone call message or email prior to our arrival would have been more genuine and appreciated.
As it were, it was too late to find different accommodations and we went to Sobeys to get...
