Horrible, horrible place

We booked a three bedroom, with three big beds, we got 2 bedrooms with one big bed and one small. The place was dirty, and they did not provide any amenities (not even the most basic). When we tried to communicate with them it was very difficult, some messed up things were said to us, and now the owner just won't answer our communications about refunds since we were given the wrong room. We also rented the place for a very high amount.

The owner was not a very pleasant type . He was angry most of the time . The price was out of proportion because of the lack of hotelroom on the Island during the festival ( Folkemøde) The owner keep asking me what i expect when there is a festival going on. The madress was dirty and the sheets were to small to fit the madras. And the price was multiplied by 6 or 7 compared to normal price.

Ekstra service udover forpligtelse

Simpel, men udmærket. Der var rent og pænt. Intet luksus, men ej heller ulækkert.
