“There was a mixup with the rooms when we checked in and they changed our rooms to something simple which was great. A very higgeldy piggeldy hotel layout but it worked out in the end. Breakfast was fine. But not enough staff on hand.”

“Gorgeous hotel, lovely spa & location fabulous. Loved that the breakfast was made to order. Only issues we had were that we were there for the night before & directly after our wedding which they were told on 3 separate occasions, and they didn’t do anything special to commemorate/ celebrate it. Also the fire alarms went off multiple times including in the early hours of the night apparently due to some guests smoking in the rooms which was disruptive and inconvenient.”

“A lovely hotel and spa. Nice swimming pool, sauna and gym. Good breakfast. Nice friendly staff. Excellent location. My only disappointment was the room was a bit tired and only 2 sockets which were on the opposite wall to the bed. Also the kettle had to sit on the floor because the cable wasn’t long enough to have on the table. Also would have been nice to have some decaf teabags. Small problems really but just observations.”
